Hi Im 59years old and have a few long term conditions for which I take medication constantly I have been put on ESA I did not know it is only for 365 days, I was not told this I wonder who would give me a job at my age and with my health conditions, with my mediçation I constantly fall asleep ?
Hi Sheila – does your notification say you’re in the work-related activity group or the support group? If you’re in the support group, there’s no time limit; it’s only if you’re in the work-related activity group that the limit applies.
